Lincoln Financial Group is one of 418 companies on the 2022 Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index. The GEI aims to track performance of public companies committed to transparency in gender-data reporting. Women now make up 61% of the workforce in Lincoln and 51% of all management positions.

The index assists companies and investors in measuring their focus on gender equality across multiple dimensions, such as female leadership and talent pipeline, equal pay and gender pay parity, inclusive culture, anti-sexual harassment policies, and a female-friendly brand.

Lincoln Financial Group submitted a social survey developed by Bloomberg in collaboration with subject matter experts around the world. Those included in this year's index achieved or adopted best-in-class statistics and policies and scored at or above a global threshold established by Bloomberg to reflect disclosure.
