DaVita has announced its 2030 Community Care commitments, outlining a new long-term sustainability and healthcare roadmap after successfully exceeding most of its earlier five-year environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals. The company said the updated framework reflects its continued focus on improving kidney care outcomes while strengthening communities and environmental performance.
The new strategy is guided by DaVita’s “Trilogy of Care”: Caring for Our Patients, Caring for Each Other, and Caring for Our World. It builds on more than 25 years of operations in kidney care and aims to further expand access, equity, and quality across its global network. DaVita emphasized that its progress over the past five years demonstrates its ability to translate ESG commitments into measurable outcomes.
Chief Executive Officer Javier Rodriguez said the company is entering the next phase of its mission with a stronger focus on impact at scale. He highlighted priorities such as improving transplant access, expanding education, and advancing sustainable operations as key drivers of the 2030 vision.
