Teleperformance, a company that provides customer and citizen experience management services, helped over 60,000 vulnerable children in 50 countries through its Citizen of the World (COTW) programme last year.

The COTW programme, founded in 2006, is a part of Teleperformance's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy. The company is committed to sustainable development, creating connections and value for all stakeholders, and helping vulnerable infants and children meet their basic survival needs and reach their potential. It is part of the CSR strategy to help solve global problems and make a positive difference in society.

Since its launch, the COTW programme has made $60 million in cash and in-kind donations to support various causes globally. The programme's multi-faceted approach includes funding and sponsorship for abandoned baby shelters in developing countries, providing medical supplies, food, and computer donations to schools in need, clothing and toy donations, and victim transport funding. The programme's efforts are directed at improving the lives of children and families in vulnerable situations.

“At Teleperformance, focusing on people is core to our DNA, and our support for vulnerable populations is an extension of this,” said Clémentine Gauthier-Medina, Senior Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility Teleperformance Group. “We are committed to improving the lives of children, families, and communities where we operate and where our employees and their families live.”
