Ricoh Company, Ltd. has been recognized in the World’s Best Companies 2025 list, compiled by TIME and Statista, celebrating global organizations that excel in employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and sustainability transparency.

The ranking highlights 1,000 leading companies worldwide, with Ricoh securing a place in the top 26% overall. Notably, it ranked 11th in the IT, Electronics, Hardware & Equipment sector for employee satisfaction. This marks Ricoh’s second inclusion on the list, following its recognition in 2023.

The World’s Best Companies ranking uses a rigorous methodology covering three equally weighted dimensions:

• Employee Satisfaction: Surveys from over 50 countries gathered nearly 200,000 anonymous employee responses, assessing workplace image, conditions, salary, and equality.
• Revenue Growth: Companies were required to generate at least US $100 million in revenue in 2023 or 2024, with positive growth trends over the past three years.
• Sustainability: Evaluated through standardized KPIs in Statista’s ESG Database and additional targeted research.

This achievement adds to other accolades Ricoh received from TIME in 2025. The company was also named among the World’s Most Sustainable Companies 2025 for its ESG performance and transparency, and Asia-Pacific’s Best Companies 2025, which recognized its regional leadership.
