Procure4, a specialist procurement consultancy founded in 2001 and part of the FourCentric Group, has announced a strategic rebrand and a major expansion of its services to include environmental, social, and governance (ESG) offerings. The move reflects the company’s growing focus on helping clients integrate sustainability into their procurement operations.
Earlier in 2024, FourCentric, Procure4’s parent company, underwent its own rebranding, bringing together six expert firms, 4C Associates, Ebit, Anvil Analytical, PROGRESSIO, Henkan, and Procure4, under one unified identity. Since its establishment in 2020, FourCentric has built a strong reputation for delivering tailored solutions that improve performance, cut costs, and enhance decision-making across procurement, supply chain, operations, and analytics.
Following the parent group’s rebrand, several of its subsidiaries, including Henkan, have refreshed their corporate identities. Procure4’s rebrand represents the latest step in that journey, as it positions itself to meet growing client demand for sustainable, responsible procurement solutions.

As part of its expansion, Procure4 has launched a dedicated ESG service line aimed at incorporating sustainability principles throughout the procurement lifecycle. The new offering helps organizations build ethical and resilient supply chains while meeting auditable ESG objectives. It complements the firm’s core cost base reduction and mitigation (CBRM) services, enabling clients to achieve both financial and sustainability-driven results.
Chris Mullen, CEO of Procure4, highlighted the significance of the move:
“Our expanded ESG offering combined with being part of FourCentric’s international group, allows us to deliver greater value to Procure4’s clients by delivering tangible results across procurement, supply chain, operations, and analytics,” he said. “This rebrand reflects who we are today and what we have always been – great people delivering great procurement outcomes.”
The rebrand also introduces a refreshed visual identity that symbolizes Procure4’s evolution within the private equity-backed FourCentric ecosystem. Despite the changes, the company maintains its people-centric approach and practical consulting ethos.
“This refreshed look marks an exciting step forward for Procure4,” added Mullen. “What hasn’t changed is our commitment to practical, people-centric consulting that delivers real results. We remain the same trusted partner with even greater opportunities to add value through the FourCentric network.”
