nVent Electric plc, a global leader in electrical solutions, has achieved a gold sustainability rating from EcoVadis.

This is a big deal for nVent, as it is the first time they have gotten a gold rating, showing they are doing well in their ESG efforts.

nVent focuses on People, Products, Planet, and Governance in their ESG work and has been getting better each year. They went from a silver rating in 2021 and 2022 to a gold rating in 2023.

Among companies like theirs, nVent is in the top three per cent, and when you look at all companies evaluated by EcoVadis, they are in the 93rd percentile.

Beth Wozniak, nVent's Chair and CEO, says ESG is a big part of what they do, and this recognition shows they are moving forward in making nVent a great place to work, creating innovative products, and taking care of the environment. Wozniak is excited about building a more sustainable and electrified world.

EcoVadis assesses companies in four areas: environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. nVent keeps getting better in these areas, showing they are committed to being open and having positive impacts, meeting the expectations for corporate sustainability.
