CSEE 2026 marks the 11th year of this annual international congress focused on civil, structural, and environmental engineering. It includes three separate but related conferences: ICGRE (geotechnical engineering), ICSECT (structural and concrete engineering), and CSEE (environmental pollution and protection).

The event brings together researchers, engineers, and students to share new research and form professional connections. All accepted papers will be published and indexed by Scopus, Google Scholar, and Semantic Scholar. The congress aims to become a leading platform for innovation and collaboration in these engineering fields.
