Course Details

The EFFAS Certified ESG Analyst® (CESGA® 4.1) is the first ESG certification fully aligned with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and accredited by EFRAG. Designed by practitioners, it equips investment professionals to interpret sustainability information, assess materiality and integrate ESG factors into investment analysis and decision-making with confidence.

Exam & certification

The certification exam runs for 150 minutes in two parts: 20 multiple-choice questions covering Modules 1–8 (50%) and one practical case study with 9 open questions covering Module 9 (50%). Passing earns the CESGA® designation and the right to use it professionally.
