The focus on sustainability has brought about pertinent questions on the “green job uplift” – essentially examining how the focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) has changed organisational expectations and the way of work.

This module addresses the ‘social’ aspect of ESG-ready growth. It will provide a detailed idea of the role of personal and social development, including labour laws, the role of individual actions in the workplace, and mapping and managing the societal impact of the business. Financial Institutions (FIs) have a central role to play in the enablement of this transition, and an equally key role in safeguarding the integrity of the financial system by addressing societal impact issues.
