Capsol, Everllence Expand Partnership for CO₂ Removal Tech

Highlights
- CapsolEoP® paired with Everllence MAX1 compressors and expanders for industrial flue gas CO₂ removal.
- Standardised equipment packages aimed at lowering overall cost for biomass and cement facilities.
- Partnership builds on CapsolGo® demonstration activity and includes joint commercial efforts.
Capsol Technologies ASA has expanded its partner ecosystem through a cooperation agreement with Everllence (formerly MAN Energy Solutions) for its CapsolEoP® solution for CO₂ removal.
The arrangement revolves around combining Everllence compression and expansion equipment with Capsol’s technology so that equipment packages come in standardised formats. This aims to make procurement simpler for developers who plan large-scale installations.

The CapsolEoP® solution has been recognised for reducing overall CO₂ removal costs compared with conventional amine-based systems. Within sectors such as biomass and cement, where facilities handle large volumes of flue gas, this cost reduction becomes meaningful.
By using Everllence MAX1 axial compressors and axial expanders with Capsol’s hot potassium-based system, the companies aim to increase the appeal of CapsolEoP® for high-capacity industrial settings.
Everllence has experience from more than 25 large CO₂ compression projects involving power generation, chemicals, refineries, and cement facilities. Tests from the CapsolGo® demonstration campaign form part of the basis for this cooperation.
At the same time, the companies plan joint sales and marketing activities so that developers, EPCs, and industrial emitters can work with familiar equipment standards.

Capsol Technologies continues to build an ecosystem of partners that cover stages from feasibility assessments to full-scale operation of CO₂ removal installations.
Processes for additional strategic agreements are already in motion, as communicated in the Q2 2025 report.
